Danielle Sethi Therapy | 2614 Tamiami Trail N Naples, FL 34103 | (813) 444-2930

I imagine you are searching for a therapist because there are things you'd like to change.

And I want you to know that change is possible, and it doesn’t have to be cringey or abstract. With a therapist you click with, the experience can feel both human and grounded, deep and practical.

Therapy can be challenging and painful as we sort through old wounds, but I work hard to make the process feel safe and comfortable. As much as I’m here to support you and hype you up, I’m also here to be with you on the days when all you want to do is ugly-cry. It's all part of the process.

How I Serve Clients

explore all services

The ways they shape us, the patterns they form, the wounds they can leave, and how to help them function in healthier, more secure ways.

My role is to bring the best of what I know, current research, advanced training, and a grounded, relational approach, while honoring that you are the one who ultimately knows your inner world and the ways the relationships in your life have changed you.

My bread and butter is relationships

My Approach

I myself am a deep feeler who cares a ton about my clients, but I never pretend to be the expert of your life.

I believe, and research supports, that the quality of our relationship is the strongest predictor of your success in therapy. Because of that, I show up as a real human, not a blank slate.

So instead of staring and nodding, I step alongside you. I offer techniques that help you know yourself more fully and live with more ease through the heartbreaks of life.

We slow things down, notice patterns with clarity, and make sense of your internal world so you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we create the kind of change that actually sticks: practical, meaningful, and aligned with who you want to be.

My boutique, independent practice is intentionally designed for personalized and flexible care, free from the rigidity of larger systems, so your experience can feel thoughtful and grounded.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years searching outside myself for answers, including six years living NYC and working in finance that looked successful on paper but left me disconnected and unsure how to heal what felt stuck. That experience eventually pushed me toward my own deeper work, a career pivot, and the path that led me here.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida, I believe in blending complementary therapy models to create the most effective and thoughtful care for each client. I’ve chosen a small number of well-researched methods that align with how I understand change and healing which inform each session.

These approaches are woven into my overall style of therapy and shaped by ongoing training, consultation, and lived practice. I’ve also done my own personal work using these methods, allowing me to apply them from the inside out.
