And I want you to know that change is possible, and it doesn’t have to be cringey or abstract. With a therapist you click with, the experience can feel human and grounded, deep and practical.

Therapy can be challenging and painful as we sort through old wounds, but I work hard to make the process feel safe and comfortable. As much as I’m here to support you and hype you up, I’m also here to be with you on the days when all you want to do is ugly-cry. It's all part of the process.

I imagine you are searching for a therapist because there are things you'd like to change.

Individual Therapy

How I Serve Clients

but I never pretend to be the expert of your life. My role is to bring the best of what I know, current research, advanced training, and a grounded, relational approach, while honoring that you are the one who ultimately knows your inner world.

I believe, and research supports, that the quality of our relationship is the strongest predictor of your success in therapy. Because of that, I show up as a real human, not a blank slate. So instead of staring and nodding, I step alongside you.

I’m a deep feeler who cares a lot about the people I work with

My Approach

We slow things down, notice patterns with clarity, and make sense of your internal world so you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we create the kind of change that actually sticks: practical, meaningful, and aligned with who you want to be.

My boutique, independent practice is intentionally designed for personalized and flexible care, free from the rigidity of larger systems, so your experience can feel thoughtful and grounded.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years searching outside myself for answers, including a long chapter in NYC finance that looked successful on paper but left me disconnected and unsure how to heal what felt stuck. That experience eventually pushed me toward my own deeper work, a career pivot, and the path that led me here.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida, I believe in blending complementary therapy methods to create the most effective and thoughtful care for each client. I’ve chosen a small number of well-researched models that align with how I understand change and healing, and I continue to study them over time.

These approaches are woven into my overall style of therapy and shaped by ongoing training, consultation, and lived practice. I’ve also done my own personal work using these methods, allowing me to apply them from the inside out.

Credentials

When I’m not with clients, you can usually find me practicing or teaching yoga, recharging at the beach, chasing a SWFL sunset, or traveling with my husband.

A few of my favorite things: blasting a podcast while attempting to cook an elaborate meal, soaking up nature however I can, playing tennis (very non-seriously), and obsessing over my dogs.
